Your home is marketed on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) once all of the professional photography and marketing videos are complete. The MLS as it is known updates the catalog of homes for sale throughout the area. We prepare the marketing and photography and descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS. This is critical as many buyers may search by a feature or two, and if those features are not represented properly your home may not come up in their search.

We create a page where everything about your listing will be showcased, in all of the different formats that potential buyers like to use to look at homes online. Your listing will be shared on all of the major Real Estate listing websites as well. Your listing will feature:

  • Professional still photography
  • Interactive floor plan

Your listing will be featured and shared on all of the various apps and sites that you're familiar with. We also share your listing among real estate groups and agents online to help keep it top of mind when it is listed.

Single family homes with have a sign post in the yard, while townhome and condos will have a sign in the window (where allowed by the HOA). 

As quickly as possible after your home is listed, we will prepare and print a professional color flyer. We make a point of having flyers available for all of our listings and the buyers who tour them.

We will discuss the pros and cons of open houses and you can decide whether you'd like them done or not.
