We’ll set you up with a web page that will feature all of the latest listings that meet your needs.  You’ll also be emailed whenever a property that meets your criteria hits the market.  It is very easy to use and you can save favorites, view virtual tours and multiple photos, and check the property tax records. You can even view the neighborhood via satellite with the Earthviewer feature.  Just let us know what you are looking for!

Loan Application Checklist

  • Copy of sales contract
  • Employment record: name, address and phone number of employer for last two years, current pay stubs
  • Driver’s license and social security card
  • Past two years W-2s
  • Bank accounts, credit union, savings and loan account numbers
  • Last month’s bank statement
  • Value of furniture and personal belongings
  • Complete list of debts (list banks, department stores, credit cards, etc., account numbers and addresses
  • Lease or mortgage information (name, address, phone numbers and account numbers)
  • Divorce decree (if applicable)
  • If self-employed, bring two years complete tax returns and year-to-date P&Ls
